Learn MoreIs it a cold? Or do you have allergies?
Allergy symptoms occur when your immune system overreacts to something that is harmless to most people but triggers a reaction in anyone sensitive to it. A seasonal cold, a recurring runny nose or cough or feeling bloated or having intestinal distress after eating can all be symptoms of allergies. Do you regularly experience any of the symptoms below?
Runny Nose
How do you know whether your sneezing is caused by having a cold or by allergies?
Itchy & Irritated Eyes
Red, irritated, itchy eyes are often a clear sign of seasonal or environmental allergies.
Coughing & Congestion
A chronic dry cough lasting more than a couple weeks may be a symptom of allergies or asthma
Skin Rashes & Hives
It can be hard to know whether your rash is a sign of an allergic reaction or not.
Feeling Poor After Eating
Does your body feel bad after eating? This can be a sign that you have food allergies.
